Join Allied Folk as we pivot from the past two years of racial reckoning into disruptive, sustainable, and targeted DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) work. Change agents will be led through a fast paced and interactive session that illuminates the ways the status quo is upheld on the clock. Beyond the Business Case will uncover three common areas of DEI complacency, (risk aversion, bystanderism, and reactivity) and offer alternative strategies and tools for uprooting destructive and harmful patterns in leadership and organizational culture. Together, we will confront and elevate our collective responsibility of taking an active role in next generation equity.
