Change agents will be led through a fast paced and interactive session that illuminates the ways status quo is upheld on the clock. Confronting Complacency will uncover three common areas of DEI complacency, (risk aversion, by-standerism, and reactivity) and offer alternative strategies and tools for uprooting destructive and harmful patterns in leadership and organizational culture.
